During the day, your pug probably sleeps three to four of those hours. So, when you come home at night, he is ready to play. In order to modify your pugs schedule here are a few suggestions.

1) Start walking your pug for a minimum of 30 minutes. Target an hour. If you pug is young, do not jog or run as they are still developing.

3) Avoid late night strolls that may hinder its rest in the evening. For example, do not walk your pug after 10 PM. It maybe keeping him wound up until 2 AM.
