How to Find Pug Friendly Hotels When I Travel

If you are planning to travel with your pug, you should start the research process far in advance. Finding a pug-friendly hotel is not something that you should be doing at the very last minute when you are stuck in unfamiliar surroundings.

Bulldogs have unusually large heads. In fact, due to the way in which they've been bred, bulldogs have trouble delivering young. All bulldog puppies are delivered by caeserean section now. The mothers can't deliver the heads naturally.

A good thing to do first is to research the subject. Many pet and travel websites have good listings for pug-friendly hotels. Also, any good pet books and magazines should be a wealth of information on the subject.

Paul McCartney, of Beatles fame, was very fond of his shetland sheepdog. In fact, at the end of the song "A Day in the Life" Mr. McCartney inserted an ultrasonic whistle, audible only to dogs, for his shetland sheepdog.

Asking friends and family for recommendations is also a good option, especially if you know that they've taken their pugs to a destination near where you are planning to take your pug.

There is absolutely no difference between an Australian silky terrier, silky toy terrier and a silky terrier. They are all the same breed, but have different names in different countries, specifically in Australia, Canada and the United States.

Once you've acquired a list of possible hotels, call ahead. Some hotels only accept certain types or sizes of pet. It's good to make sure that your pug fits any size, breed type or other requirements.

This phone call is also a good time to ask about rates. Some pug-friendly hotels ask that you sign an agreement to pay extra if your pug damages anything. Some require that you pay money upfront in case, but give it back to you when your stay is over if nothing has been damaged. Other hotels require that you pay a nightly fee per pet per night.

Many Scottish terriers have an odd medical condition. It is called Scotties Cramp. It is a mild neurological disorder. Scotties under stress or exercising may move erratically, when suffering from this neurological disorder, but seem fine when resting.

Use the phone call to ask other questions that you may have as well. For instance, ask if there are pug walking services, pug daycare or other options available during your stay. The more information you can learn ahead of time the more prepared you'll be when you arrive.

Most adult Borzoi (russian wolfhounds) are almost mute. They bark only very rarely. They are gentle, sensitive dogs with gracious house-manners and a natural respect for humans. Their quiet nature makes them an ideal pet for families with children.

In short, finding a pug-friendly hotel is all about being prepared ahead of time. That way you wont find yourself stranded with nowhere for your pug to stay in the middle of the night in strange surroundings. Make your next trip safe and fun for you and for your pug by planning everything ahead.
